Securing access to land is crucial for farm viability yet is also the largest barrier aspiring and beginning farmers face. The seeds of farming and living off the land were planted in DaQuay Campbell’s mind from a young age. Growing up in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, he recalls hearing his grandmother Rosie’s stories of being raised with her siblings on an Arkansas farm.
