We have crated a learning and production program that uses elements and strategies that are easy and inexpensive to implement, keep and mange while providing fast returns and multiple marketing opportunities (poultry, small ruminants and agroforestry) while using ecologically and financially sustainable strategies. We have created educational modules available online and we organize and support workshops, demonstration farms and internship programs. This program particularly targets minority farmers (women, African American and Latino farmers) and military veterans.
