Small-scale food production in North Carolina is a growing interest for both commercial producers, who sell their crops, and for consumers. The Horticulture Team at The Cooperative Extension Program at N.C. A&T offers several programs to benefit limited-resource and small-scale farmers. Both commercial and consumer focuses are featured.
