Growing Growers is a collaboration between the Kansas State University Research and Extension, University of Missouri, Kansas City Food Circle, and Kansas Rural Center. The program includes on-farm apprenticeship program that focuses on sustainable, small and mid-scale production. Apprentices receive course materials, gain hands-on experience, and receive one-on-one training and attend monthly workshops. Workshops also are open to farmers and the public.
