Program is an annual conference that features current issues that impact the value added segment of food and agricultural systems, food security, and rural development. The farm bill, food waste, labor issues, functional foods, technology and big data, the adaptability and resilience of the food and agricultural systems in the new century are among other topics to be discussed, with the goal in mind of designing and building sustainable regional food networks and agricultural systems. Conference location changes annually.
