    Summary

A trust can provide a means to hold and manage property. It can be custom designed for your situation. A trust is usually established to empower a trustee to manage and care for your property for the benefit of you or your family, the beneficiaries. You can name yourself or someone else as trustee, depending upon the type of trust.
