    Summary

    Four major soil insects can be found in Delaware corn fields: seed corn maggot, white grubs, wireworms, and cutworms. This fact sheet addresses economic thresholds of insects and when the decision to use a soil insecticide should be made. Methods of monitoring and control are discussed.
