Summary

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) has two major goals for the Federal Pesticide Recordkeeping Program­ - to provide the certified private pesticide applicator with educational tools to assist them in maintaining the necessary restricted use pesticide records, and to provide assistance during a recordkeeping inspection to ensure the applicator's compliance with the regulation.
