AOA and ICI have partnered together to produce an educational video series for alpaca and llama owners and breeders. This video demonstrates how to obtain an alpaca blood sample and prepare the DNA Blood Card for submission to Alpaca Owners Association, Inc. for genetic testing. The three blood sampling techniques demonstrated are from an ear vein, tail vein, and jugular vein.
