Summary

Wine is a complex cocktail of flavors, aromas, and colors that intermingle to give its drinker a unique experience. This workshop is designed to teach budding winemakers and wine enthusiast about the flavors and aromas in wine. Participants will be taught how to identify flavor and aroma attributes common in wine. They will then be given a chance to test their skills on the real thing.
