NCAT’s Organic Crops Workbook is designed for use by organic and transitional producers with cropping or mixed crop and livestock operations. Producers having certified or transitional livestock enterprises should also utilize NCAT’s Organic Livestock Workbook.1 This workbook series is intended to be consistent with the requirements of the National Organic Standard.
