    The University of Kentucky's Horticulture Research Farm now features a Good Agricultural Practices (GAP)-certified facility where farmers and extension professionals can learn the practical steps for making food safer. Ag educators across the state are working together to help Kentucky producers prepare for food safety regulations and requirements that may affect them as they grow into the future. Here we take a closer look at packing, labelling, and storing.
