Summary

The goal of this worksheet is for farmers, food producers, and land workers to reflect on power, privilege and access they experience and how their perspective influences their position in the agricultural community. These questions are paired with resources to encourage further self and community learning in how inequities and systemic discrimination are perpetuated in our agricultural communities. This tool can be used individually or in group spaces. We hope this exercise sparks conversation and change around building a more socially just and sustainable farming community.
