Summary

José Iñiguez is a farm manager and partner of an apple fruit company in western New York. Though this clip, he shares the story of his transition through leadership, and the strategy that helped him reach his goals. He also shares advice for individuals seeking to climb the ladder from laborer to management. This clip was produced by the Labor Ready Farmer project (https://smallfarms.cornell.edu/projec...), a collaboration between the Cornell Small Farms Program, GrowNYC’s FARMroots, Cornell Cooperative Extension’s LOF program and ENY Horticulture team, and the Cornell Farmworker program. It was filmed and edited by Diana Molina Sosa LLC, of New York City.
