    Commercial Strawberry Production

David Himelrick, Arlie Powell and, William Dozier (May, 2002)
    Summary

Strawberries have traditionally been a popular fruit for fresh use, freezing, and processing. The decision to begin or expand strawberry production must be based on a careful evaluation of potential markets. This publication explains the thought process that should go in to type of market and establishment of that market, as well as the cultural practices that strawberry production entails.
