Summary

This tool was developed to provide landowners and farmers with an outline to evaluate the financial requirements of implementing a silvopasture system on their farm. Silvopasture, the practice of incorporating animals, forages, & forestry together in a production system, can help farmers or landowners manage erosion, improve animal welfare, diversify income, and help mitigate the effects of climate change, if properly managed.
