Summary

Motivating and rewarding employees is one of the most frequent concerns voiced by farmers who hire full-time labor. Besides a basic wage or salary, many employers offer added bonuses or incentives to encourage good job performance. This publication provides the results of a farm survey with regard to common types of bonus plans and how they are structured.
